Compliance-Sensitive Purchases
If a Supplier takes exception to the University of California Terms and Conditions, Appendix – Data Security, or Appendix – Business Associate, or if a transaction falls under any of the Compliance-Sensitive categories listed below, Procurement Services likely requires additional information, approvals, supporting documentation, and/or additional lead time to negotiate an agreement with the Supplier.
