Redwood My Receipts

Oracle’s Redwood My Receipts module is now available in Oracle Financials. This new experience replaces the classic My Receipts page as part of Oracle’s required transition to the next-generation Redwood user interface. Departments may begin using Redwood My Receipts now while the classic version remains available during the transition period.

Training and Support

Training and resources are available to help Department Receivers become familiar with the new Redwood My Receipts experience and complete common receiving tasks.

  • View a recording of one of the live Department Receiver training sessions held on July 6 and July 7. The sessions cover navigating the new interface, creating and managing receipts, processing returns, and key differences from the classic version.
  • Use the Creating, Finding, and Managing Receipts (Redwood) guide for step-by-step instructions on creating, finding, updating, and managing receipts.
  • Users are encouraged to practice common receiving tasks in the Training-Oracle Financials environment, accessible from R’Space, before working in production.
  • Update your browser settings according to the recommended guidance to help prevent common Oracle performance and display issues.
  • Review the Known Issues page for current system issues, limitations, and available workarounds.
